Contract for Volunteering
Volunteering Charter In The Association For Charity:
1- The Volunteer Is Keen During Her Volunteering Period To Maintain The Prayer On Time.
2- Attention To Clothing And External Appearance In Accordance With The Teachings Of The Islamic Religion And The General Morals Of Society; And What Is Required By The Nature Of The Work Entrusted To Her, And The Volunteer Is Committed To The Dress Specified By The Association.
3- The Volunteer Is Keen Not To Mix With Men And Workers, And To Hide When They Are In The Headquarters For Any Reason.
4- The Volunteer Undertakes Not To Engage In Backbiting, Gossip, Gossip, And Spreading Rumors, And To Deal Well With Everyone In All Sectors.
5- Showing A Spirit Of Cooperation And Initiative With Members, Employees, Volunteers, And Everyone Present At The Association’s Headquarters.
6- Complete Readiness To Assume Responsibility, Carry Out The Tasks Entrusted To The Volunteer To The Fullest, Persevere In Continuing To Perform In A High Spirit During The Agreed Volunteering Period, And Commit To Attending The Meetings To Which She Is Invited, Unless An Impediment Prevents Her.
7- The Volunteer Is Committed To Preserving The Privacy Of The Work And Information Of The Beneficiary Families, And Not To Disclose It Outside The Framework Of Work Or To Talk About It With Others.
8- It Is Strictly Forbidden For The Volunteer To Publish Any Information Related To The Association On Her Personal Social Media, Except After Coordination With The Relevant Association Management.
9- The Volunteer Is Strictly Prohibited From Photographing The Association’s Internal And External Facilities, As Well As Photographing People.
10- The Volunteer Is Not Entitled To Make Any Official Statement On Behalf Of The Association.
11- The Volunteer Shall Not Use Her Voluntary Membership For Any Commercial Purposes, Achieve Personal Benefit Or Gain, Or Harm The Interests Of Work Or Workers, Whether Employees, Volunteers Or Other Parties.
12- The Volunteer Should Be Committed To Preserving The Association’s Property And Facilities, As Well As Ensuring The Optimal Use Of Available Resources, In Order To Achieve The Goals At The Lowest Possible Costs.
13- The Volunteer Undertakes Not To Keep For Herself Any Official Document (original Or Photocopied) Of The Association.
14- The Volunteer Is Obligated Not To Make Promises In The Name Of The Association To Anyone, Whether To Auditors Or Any Other Party, In Order To Ensure Her Safety From Falling Into Any Legal Problems During Her Volunteering Period.
15- The Volunteer Is Not Entitled To Claim Any Sums Of Money As A Result Of Carrying Out The Work Entrusted To Her, And She Is Prohibited From Requesting Or Accepting Any Donation, Tip, Or Gift For Her Person, Or The Amount Of Fees From Any Party Whatsoever.
16- The Volunteer Is Keen To Preserve Her Private Property During Her Volunteering Period.
